The made to order menu wasn't extensive, but seemed focused on quality over quantity. Ordered the Yellow Perch fish and chips, along with the Clam Chowder. The bread is served from another stall over called Field and Fire, it was delicious. Everything was made to order, so out came out piping hot and fresh. The perch was incredible! Perfectly crunchy, seasoned and the portions were good size. The fries were a little salty, but not off putting. The clam chowder was hearty and the bacon added an extra kick of flavor In between Fish Lads and Carvers is an oyster bar where you can sit and enjoy ordered food. It was a great spot to people watch. They also have a small area for tinned goods and seasonings Highly recommend for supporting a local fishery! ”
